GWC Manager Evaluation System

Complete system for creating and managing online manager evaluations. Administrators create survey definitions, add users, create custom questions, set deadlines, communicate with survey respondents, and export results.

Management Surveys Dashboard

Dashboard shows the status of current surveys: those being created, those active, and those recently completed. A menu to the right of each survey provides actions to invoke on that survey: activation, deactivation, adding respondents, communicating with all or specific respondents via email, and exporting survey data.

Adding Respondents

Merges survey respondent pools from Active Directory data and created off-campus accounts. Respondents within the school district use their Active Directory credentials to access surveys. Respondents not part of our system are issued temporary keys to access the survey.

Modifying Survey Administrators

Three levels of administrator privileges: primary, trusted, and technical. The primary administrator received all new survey notifications and, as served as the primary contact for all respondents (all contact information inserted into surveys was theirs). Technical administrators received notice of all surveys and error reports. Trusted users were given privileges to create and manage surveys but could not change administrative levels.

Email Form

Emails are generated with boilerplate text: survey begin/end date information, link to the specific survey, and admin contact information. The email sender can customize this by entering custom messages and formatting.

Management Survey

Each time a user accesses a survey, a unique key must be provided for the survey itself and the user must authenticate via Active Directory. Each survey is created dynamically from boilerplate survey questions and the custom manager goals.
